Xiao Long Bao

Originating from Shanghai, China back in 1871 during the Qing Dynasty, the iconic Shanghainese xiao long bao (literally meaning ‘little basket bun’) is well-known for its mouth-watering meat filling and piping hot soup encased in each little dumpling.

Each xiao long bao at Dragon-i is prepared according to the following strict standards:
  1. Each dumpling must have 18 close-folding plaits bound neatly to ensure a smooth texture;
  2. Each dumpling must weigh between 29g to 30g and be of a standard height;
  3. The outer surface layer must have a diameter of 6.5cm; and
  4. Each xiao long bao chef must be able to wrap eight dumplings within a minute.


小笼包

源远流长的上海小笼包,其历史可追溯至1871年的清朝,驰名于皮薄馅香,汤汁饱满的美好口感。

每一个小笼包,都严格地按照所规定的标准程序来精心制作:
四川旦旦面

  1. 以笼的传人的标准打18褶,褶数精密,收口漂亮,纹理有致。
  2. 每个小笼包都经过秤重,标准重量介于29至30克之间,且高低大小必须一致。
  3. 小笼包的外皮标准直径为6点5公分。
  4. 师傅每分钟以包8个小笼包为速度指标。
